Our one-time shredding services are available for clients who require us on a one-time or periodic basis to clean out old files. We can remove material in boxes, bags, out of filing cabinets, and even in a loose pile! We also offer temporary services for clients who need time to sort through their material and require the use of temporary collection containers. Do I need to remove staples, paperclips, binders, etc., prior to pick-up?
You can leave your material exactly as-is. There is no need to remove any of these items prior to pick-up.

Does my material need to be boxed prior to pick-up?
Our rates are based on standard-size file boxes, however, it doesn’t need to be boxed prior to service. Our staff can determine how many file boxes it’s equal to on arrival. Please ensure your sales associate is aware if the material will be loose prior to requesting your quote/pick-up.

Can I get my boxes back?
Absolutely! Just let your sales associate know that you would like them back prior to booking so we can include this information on your service order.

If I select the Off-Site Pick-Up Shredding Service, how do I ensure my document will be shredded?
Our Off-Site Pick-Up Shredding Service is fully AAA Certified through the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID). This governing body of the destruction industry ensures that specific policies & procedures are followed throughout all stages of the transport process to ensure there is no risk of a security breach. You will also receive a signed Certificate of Destruction at the time of service verifying complete destruction of your material. This also ensures we assume all responsibility for your material from the time it leaves your location.
