One-Time Shredding

Papersavers offers various service options for customers that have boxed and/or loose material to be removed on a one-time or annual basis. If the material is already ready to go, we can simply remove the material for shredding as-is. Our pricing structure is based on file boxes (both standard and large size) however it is not required that the material be in these types of boxes. If you would like to keep your boxes for future use we will be happy to leave them with you. Otherwise, we can remove them at no extra cost. There is no need to remove staples, paper clips, binders, etc.

If you’re planning a bulk purge in which case you will need time to sort through outdated files to determine what needs to be shred, we can deliver temporary collection containers to assist with the purging process. The initial delivery will be provided free of charge.

This container has a removable lid and is recommended if it will be kept in a secure area of your facility, or if in-office security is not required.

This collection container is on wheels and comes equipped with a lock to restrict access to confidential material prior to destruction.  This container is recommended if in-office security is required throughout the purging process.

 

Papersavers offers both Plant Based Shredding and On-Site Shredding services. Both services are certified through the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) which assures you our policies and procedures meet the highest industry standard. Our trucks remain locked at all times which ensures your material is securely contained while in transport. The choice comes down to personal preference as both options are secure methods of destruction.
