Papersavers Limited has maintained an unblemished record in document shredding and security since 1991. We are a proud member of the National Association of Information Destruction. This membership assures you that our document destruction policies, procedures, and staff meet the highest industry standards. We offer a pick-up document shredding service, or a witnessed drop-off shredding service. All material removed from your office will be shred on the day of removal and a written Certificate of Destruction is included on your invoice.
We will provide your office with collection containers for your confidential waste paper. The number of containers will vary depending on the size of your office, and the frequency of service. We offer the standard Papersavers receptacle, or a Secure locking cabinet for added in-office security.
The Papersavers receptacle measures 16” x 16” x 33” with a capacity of approximately 150 lbs.
The Secure locking cabinet measures 19” x 19” x 40”, with a capacity of approximately 100 lbs.
Papersavers also provides small desk-side waste paper containers that can be placed at each individual workstation.
We can also remove files for shredding that are already boxed, eliminating the need to transfer material.

If witnessed document destruction is required, we invite you to bring your confidential material to our Markham, Ontario shredding facility. Material delivered for secure witnessed destruction will be shred for as low as $3.00/box. Minimum charge of $25.00 (Appointment Required)

Media and Hard Drive Destruction
Media items such as CD’s, DVD’s, VHS tapes and floppy discs will be destroyed at our facility on the day of removal. A hard drive destruction service is also available. |
